Dan Galambos is Catons’ Owner & President. In this role Dan is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth and planning for the company. Since joining Caton in 1973, Dan has held various roles in the production, sales, and marketing departments.
Dan has been also been involved with the repairs of shipboard cables for many years. He was the first employee to do a shipboard AEGIS (TICONDEROGA) repair.
David Galambos is Catons Vice President. In his role, David is responsible for the overall operation of Caton and DG Interconnect
As VP of Engineering, Chuck brings a wide range of Cable and Interconnect experience to Caton. From DC to Millimeter wave, from Flat Flex Cable to Multi Bundle miniature Coax to High Frequency Test Cable, and from low voltage 5v connectors to now working with up to 100kv cables Chuck’s role will be to bring new capabilities and processes to Caton.
He has had roles in Engineering, Applications Support and Sales. He has served as company representative to the Defense Logistics Agency for RF Connectors and has presented several papers at Industry trade shows.
Chuck received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University in 1987 and his MBA from Babson College in 1995.
Gary Paul is the Product Group Manager for Catons high voltage line of connectors and assemblies. In his role, Gary is responsible for developing, and defining new business opportunities as well as all marketing efforts.
A graduate of Stonehill College, Gary brings more than 20 years experience in the design, development and manufacture of Specialty High Voltage Connectors and Cable Assemblies.
Chris Behning is the DGI Product Group Manager for Catons newest line of auto-coupling connectors and cable assemblies.
As Catons’ sales manager, Lisa is skilled at generating new business, while simultaneously creating and expanding its customer relationships. She is continuously working closely with Caton’s customers to understand their processes in order to help find a balance between helping the customer meet their needs while also working to help Caton to reach their goals.
Lisa’s most recent position was with Epec PCB where she worked as a quote and pricing analyst, prior to that she worked at Design Mark Industries as a production planner and estimator.
Lisa got her Associates Degree from Cape Cod Community College and her Bachelor’s Degree from Suffolk University.
Tom Carroll is Catons’ Production and Scheduling Manager. In this role Tom is responsible for the day to day operation of the Production Department and Production Planning. Since joining Caton in 2001, Tom has held various roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Scheduler, and Sales Manager. Prior to Caton, Tom worked at Polaroid Corporation for 23 years as a QC Lab manager, Optics All Purpose Technician, and Optics Precision Measurer.
Tom graduated from Massasoit Community College in 1992 with an AS in Computer Information Systems.
Richard Hamaty is Catons’ Operations Manager. In this role Richard is responsible for managing Quality Control, Materials, Facilities, and oversees all ISO implementation.
Richard graduated from Hingham High School and ITT Technical Institute with a Certificate and FCC License.
David Cohan is Caton’s Corporate Controller. In this role David is responsible for the day to day Accounting operations as well as long term financial planning. Additionally responsibilities includes Human Resources and Payroll.
A graduate of Bridgewater State College, David has 20 years of Accounting experience in Manufacturing and Distribution environments.
