Derek McLaren is the General Manager of Caton Connector Corporation, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving alignment across departments to meet strategic goals. Formerly serving as Corporate Controller, Derek brings over 25 years of financial and operational expertise to the role. He plays a critical part in executing Caton’s vision, improving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability. He earned a BA in Finance from Suffolk University in Boston in 2000.
