Managing COVID-19-Impacted Supply Chain Issues

Dear Valued Customer,

As our businesses and communities continue to recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to reach out to each of our customers and share the challenges Caton and many other businesses around the world are continuing to face.

There continue to be significant supply chain issues and raw material shortages, including limited qualified workers, shipping delays, and unexpected increases in material cost and higher than normal minimum buys.

Be assured that Caton is working with our vendors on mitigating all these issues. Our logistics and purchasing teams are doing everything they can to ensure the materials come in on time and at competitive prices. The best way for you, our valued customer, to ensure there are no gaps in deliveries and stable pricing, is to review your procurement needs and plan early. The likelihood of these supply issues going away anytime soon is very low, it is highly recommended you review your needs for the next 12 months and place orders as soon as possible. Caton welcomes blanket orders, when blanket orders are placed, we purchase all material at once ensuring material for your product is in our warehouse, ready for the entire order.

As always, I am grateful for your continued business. We will all continue to work through the challenges of this pandemic and come out stronger in the end.

Sincerely,

David Galambos
