On May 15, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming Massachusetts State Representative Kathy LaNatra to Caton Connector to help us celebrate a major milestone — 50 years in business. Representative LaNatra presented us with an official certificate of recognition from the Speaker of the House, honoring our five decades of service and innovation here in the Commonwealth.
CEO and owner Dan Galambos, President David Galambos, and General Manager Derek McLaren sat down with Representative LaNatra to talk about the state of manufacturing in Massachusetts — where it’s headed, and how businesses like ours are using state grants to grow, train our people, and drive continuous improvement through lean initiatives.
We gave her a tour of the factory, introduced her to some of our incredible employees, and showed how we’re putting those grant dollars to work. We also shared the stories of a few of our Massachusetts-based customers who have helped shape our journey.
It was an inspiring day and a great reminder of how strong the local manufacturing community really is. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, and even more excited for what’s ahead.
